Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

It's a pity you didn't see the page number roll over @NatureLover but 500 pages is still a big achievement.

I'm glad you enjoyed your day yesterday. My mood has plateaued at a low level,  sleeping long hours and finding things an effort. So working solidly for 2 hours yesterday without a break was an achievement for me. That and my 2km walk occupy most of my afternoon.  I still need to transcribe my therapist's notes into a daily schedule. I'm aiming to rethink my afternoons and evenings so I can reclaim the lost mornings. At present my days seem dull and dark.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

1 1/3 hours today @NatureLover ... including tackling some different stuff to usual. It might fill a gap in my memory.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Well done on the 2 solid hours' work, @Dimity . Maybe the different stuff will motivate you - it sometimes does with me.

Sorry your days seem dull and dark 😥 That makes your achievements all the stronger.

I had a very stressful day at work yesterday and then was awake from 2am till 6am when I got up. Strangely I feel OK and am aiming to do the watering and laundry. After that I might crash, but I'll see.

Good luck planning your daily schedule.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Hi again @Dimity , have done my first laundry wash and have spent an hour writing up some instructions for someone at work. I'm trying to offload a part of my work so I can get more done.

I've been meaning to tell you - my hands haven't been itchy for months, and I've even been using up some normal soap I had in stock, not the sensitive soap. I think it's because I haven't been using my therapy light over summer.

Good luck to us both today with tidying / decluttering / chores.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

@NatureLover if your raw hands and excoriation disorder are better that's fantastic. I'm very happy for you. And I'm glad if you can swap around your work duties to make the work more manageable in the time available.

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

Thanks, @Dimity . My excoriation disorder isn't any better, just the itchy hands.

I had a really good day on Tuesday and was active all day, no reading till after 5pm! Not much house tidying got done though. Then yesterday I had blood tests for my annual diabetes check up, plus coffee with a friend from work.

Today I have work plus getting my monthly meds from the chemist - it always takes at least 1/2 hour as I'm on 11 meds. I don't get all of them each time, but still plenty.

How are you going with planning your daily routine?

And how is your sleep lately?

Re: Any diagnosed germophobes or hoarders on this forum?

It sounds as though you're keeping busy.  Today I had a new physio and got a flu shot. So a lot of walking between different buses. I'm still in a slump and haven't looked at the therapist's notes to write up a daily schedule yet. It's not really procrastinating, I lose track. I'm still sleeping too much and slept through 4 alarms this morning so things aren't quite right. And family problems keep getting worse whenever I think they've improved a little.

@NatureLover

Hope tomorrow goes well for you.
