hey @Till23 i'm so sorry you feel this way. please know that you are deserving of support, and you are worthy of it. you know why? because you simply exist. everyone deserves to be heard and supported, not matter their status or age or income, etc. i know it can be hard not to compare yourself to other people's situations, but everyone has their own struggles/issues - but that doesn't invalidate yours. you are just as important, please remember that.

you deserve good things. mental health can go up and down, just like physical health. if we say someone's suffered with a physical health problem on and off, no one bats an eye, so why should we judge mental health any differently? i'm so glad you're here, and please know you matter to us.
