@avant-garde  Bravely said. Yes, I know now that our struggles, our bodies are level of energy reserve is endless. Day and night we are drained of energy and experience body pain due to our ongoing stress in our bodies. Others know how to relax our bodies don't so as I see it always ready to respond to a threat even if one's not there. That's what CPTSD is or at least it is for me. We are the strong ones even if we feel like our bodies don't know that. Because we have been to can I say it"HELL" and back. Know that I'm listening and know what your going through in this regard.
