Hey @Draven ,

I've had OCD for quite a few years. To be honest, the OCD stemmed from other issues. I've been on a lot of meds, and I've found that one cocktail of meds has worked for me so I've stuck with it even though it's been 15 years on the same meds. I feel super well, and have considered coming off the meds. But I know that if I do, I may 'undo' all the hard work.

It's been blood, sweat and tears to get to where I am now. And it's not just meds. I've had a lot of psycho therapy too.

I wonder if it's about finding the right meds for you. e.g. I tried a lot of different meds in the class of SSRIs, but only the one I'm on now works for me.

And I can't underestimate the power of psychotherapy when done 'properly'.

I hope you find what works for you, as I can see that feeling so low is not ideal.
