Book Club

I’d like to suggest we start an informal book club with recommendations welcomed on self-help or healing as the broad theme please…

I highly recommend:

Re: Book Club

Hello @Abz, thank you SO much for these suggestions. Do you have a favourite from these lists? I have been slowly reading through 'No Bad Parts' by Richard C. Schwartz, but I recently listened to 'Spiritually Sassy' by Sah D'Simone, which was super insightful around somatic healing.

Thank you for the conversation starter! 💛

Re: Book Club

Limitless by Damien Horton is particularly good if you want something easy to read yet profound and somewhat mind blowing!

Re: Book Club

I’m doing a somatic healing course on Udemy which is very interesting and I’m hoping will be helpful in terms of techniques.

Re: Book Club

@Abz this is a great idea.

Re: Book Club

Great list @Abz good to get conversations going about books and writing.

I already have books by some of those authors, so we are on similar wavelengths.  Long been interested in various forms of spirituality and self help and more academic books.

Will look at that @AuntGlow
