@Till23 the ones I got were from QBD books many years ago but there is also some on ebay. They are really quite fun to colour.

Re: C-PTSD and Childhood Trauma

thank you @Till23 for your message

Went to the doctor and she has arranged a medical plan for this year, so am hoping it will help with all the upcoming specialists appointments

how are you going my friend , sitting together day by day

hello @tyme , @Jynx , @Former-Member , @avant-garde , @Appleblossom

Re: C-PTSD and Childhood Trauma

@Shaz51 - good to have a plan.

 I know when I was having intense cancer treatment, keeping track of all the appointments was a lot of time and effort.

Now I just take a daily tablet that GP can prescribe so easy and only see specialists annually.

These forums have been great from MH perspective and I feel as though I have learned so much and have benefited from reading other people’s stories and suggestions. Also you feel less alone in dealing with flare-ups etc

So thanks all @Appleblossom @tyme @Former-Member @avant-garde @Jynx and many others
