Wow! Sounds like another set of hands to plough through the snow is much needed! I hope you get that much needed breather . Only so much one can do in one day.

Sounds like me at times. Being aware of the situation means you can work with it.

 

Where are you boundaries? What's most important to you?

 

At times, I felt indebted to my job. Now I know that if I drop, people will simply find someone else. No one is invincible. 

Reflect on your priorities. This may give you some clarity. Work will always be there. The more work you do, the more work there will be.
