Yesterday was my last day in the workforce. It's a surreal feeling and bitter sweet. Too young to retire figuratively but my skeletal frame is making life exceedingly painful.
First thing is to get this place ready to sell and on the market quickly.
Second thing is to get a building inspection and pest inspection done next week on a house in rural NSW.
Packing is also part of step 1 as well as step 3.

It's all a bit overwhelming but I'll be able to manage my pain better now I'm retired.
Sorry I've been so quiet but it's been harder to get out of the job than get in.

I'll miss my work but I will be able to volunteer in the same field so that will help.
Selling buying and then establishing a whole new lifestyle in a small rural town.
Sad excited and scared all at the same time. It's quite bizarre @Appleblossom. It's good to be back.
