@Blackcloud it's hard. Comprehension is a big struggle for me and being overwhelmed i just don't have it in me to reply to anything other than a very brief message.

@Dreamy looks like they have resolved the technical issue with my payment just then!! 🙂 such a relief, but it definitely was a bit stressful for me within the past few days especially during my communication back and forth with the staff about it
