today i felt soo sick , i did not want any lunch , i did my sugar and it was a bit high 

soo i drank some water , after 600 mls i decided to have a little bit for lunch xx

Do you feel ok now? 
I don't know what's wrong with me. Not sure if it's because I'm not working; or because I'm anxious about this other scan I'm having done this Thursday or because I know my daughter is moving very soon. So many mixed emotions. 
I'm seeing my GP on Monday. 
I also think I'm almost 56 and still not happy with life. Don't know Whst I want.  
we need to sell our home but we're not even sure where to go. So much to work out and I just don't know the answers. 
I feel really helpless hopeless

I think it is all of what you said above my sister @BlueBay 

changes are hard , my mr shaz does not like changes 

some things we dont have any control over , we need to accept these which is very hard 

and to overthink about things does not help and it can even makes us feel sick 

sometimes doing something else to take our mind off these things -- that is what I am trying very hard to do at the moment

You must have so much on your mind at the moment. You have a lot on your plate. 

I think I always need to find an answer for everything, need to fix things or wirk things out snd when I can't I get really angry with myself.

Hey @Shaz51  i had the special scan done today 

get results tomorrow when I ring my gastroenterologist 

but I'm feeling really depressed 

no energy

very low mood 

csnt be bothered with anything 

feeling useless 

keep thinking I'm 56 this year with no money, no job snd fearing will have to sell and move to wherever we don't know where 

I'm sorry Shaz I shouldn't be on here. You have so much on your plate.  I'm sorry.
