Thank you so much @Ellu @Angeltree and @Owlunar for sharing your stories and for your advice. I'm feeling very supported by the people on this forum. My mum has booked flights to fly over and stay with me for a week next week and my boss has given me the week off at very short notice so I am really lucky to have such good support. I know there are a lot of people who don't have such a good support network. I just need to be patient. I have the psychiatrist appointment tomorrow @Ellu so hopefully he is nice and there is some kind of connection there
