Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Sounds awesome @eth. Mine did things for a day against bullying and violence today at school (awesomely goosebumpy to hear kids speaking at assembly) and will celebrate Harmony Day on Wednesday.

@Jacques that sounds like a rough week (and for you also @MDT). Glad you're on the mend now though Jacques.

Hope things improve for you soon @Jacques

Wish I could see your pictures @Former-Member

All was really yummy @Former-Member

Funny you say it about ending up at roots Amour - I grew up in PNG and the NT mostly so feel like my roots are there.  Irish is 3 generations back.

I hope your pumpkin lasange is extra delicious! Smiley Very Happy

I also love the idea of green ice-cream to share for dessert! What flavour are we thinking gang - green apple, mint, etc?

Right I see. What was your experience living in PNG @eth? How long did you live there, and how long did/have you live in NT? Smiley Very Happy

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

*Irish jig*

I have an Irish joke

An Irish priest is driving along a country road when a police man pulls him over. He immediately smells alcohol on the priest's breath and notices an empty wine bottle in the car.

He says: "Have you been drinking?"

"Just water," says the priest.

The cop replies: "Then why do I smell wine?"

The priest looks at the bottle and says: "Good Lord! He's done it again!"

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hi everyone - I had a five hour lunch with three friends who I hadn't seen for nearly a year. It was really nice and we plan to do it more often. It was good to begin to socialise again.

Never been to Ireland. Don't they kiss stones there?
