Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @Dimity

The lady at the specialist helped me at the office,  so was easy to set up here at home , a couple of hiccups but it is working

No it is a small machine that you put water in it and when you have the mask on,  it helps you breathe so you can sleep

Re: Share a cuppa?

did you end up having dinner yet? @Stout

i haven't heard "taking all day to do what used to be done all day?" this before, it's bit of a tongue twister for me haha do mind explaining it to me?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hope it's a game changer for you @Shaz51 , you might feel miles better once you can sleep properly.  Maybe you need to let your electricity people know you have it in case you need back-ups during power failures.

I saw my osteopath today. I'd given up on the old exercises but asked for some easier ones today.

Re: Share a cuppa?

@rav3n well, it's a tounge twister. An old erotica. What a person could do often throughout the day, can now only manage once per day.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Quiet weekend @Jynx

Mr shaz was low

Today had to see diabetes specialist and he has increased my insulin and wants me to exercise more

Re: Share a cuppa?

@Shaz51 aww Mr Shaz! Hope he's lifted a bit? Sometimes we all need a low-energy vibe weekend tho ay!

Oh hectic, can be hard to make changes like that ay. This specialist new, or someone you've seen before?
