Sometimes hubbies dont like the outside help as it also puts their own behaviour under a spotlight.That is not being KING of the roost. In a way I brought in help as I trusted them after he had destroyed my trust and respect. I knew that I could usually satisfy more reasonable and objective standards, not his slippery rejections.  Sometimes the men dont get TEAM FAMILY, just their own sports team.  Where the competitiveness is bigger than team effort.

I am so happy that our, Gorgeous, Strong ,Christian Ladies/friends, have come around you, sweet Bubbles3.
Lots of good, wise, & lived experience, loving support for you Bubbles3.
Of cause the choices you make, & take action with, are ultimately up to you. Sometimes made due to the situation, & circumstances.
I hope you are feeling the, Love,& Care, as this fact, would give me so much inner strength.
I have been praying for you Bubbles3, & praying praise, & thankfulness, to ABBA Father for the Earthly Angels, HE has sent to Love, & guide you!
I would really like to know that you have rest for your mind, & peace, at least in your heart.
I believe that you are caught up in a whirlwind of thoughts, which you just can not put into a too hard box, even if just until tomorrow, after a restful sleep.

Can you journal your to do list. Then make a list of family, & what ever else.
Take the whole lot, & put them in an empty draw, or bag, or box.
Write on it -Do not open, think about, or read until tomorrow.
Put the kids to bed, pick a favourite- "HAPPY" DVD, or Music CD.
A warm or cold drink of non alcoholic....?
Change into your most comfortable bed wear, after having a lovely long shower or Bath.
Look in the mirror & tell yourself that you are a Champion. Giggle, sing, dance, clap your hands, what ever makes your mind change direction. Just let goooooooooooooo & feel free & breath deeply & slowly.
Put ear plugs in just for your time out from all the stuff that is trying to steal your joy!
Even if its only for a few hours, just try it, & you may get the brake through that, you deserve & need!
