Sadly their arms are broken as they don't seem to work at all  @TAB 

Dinner was easy though just stuff in the oven, hash browns and vegetarian sausage rolls!

Yea, today was relatively okay, if I put it into perspective I am much better than I was last year, I think I have a working combination of meds.
