I'm not an actual moderator of course, but I've been doing a bit of learning how it works behind the scenes this evening; part of my commitment to understanding how the forums work currently so we can plan for community engagement this year and co-design to review how the forums work and where members want to see improvement. 

The forums are such an important space for so many, I'm really excited to learn from you all.
