Hello Dear Forumites,
As you know, Peer Support Workers will be off having a well-deserved break over the next few days:
Friday 29th March
Saturday 30th March
Sunday 31st March
Monday 1st April
But please note, there will ALWAYS be someone online. The forums will be moderated 24/7.
We recognise that this can be a very difficult time for some members who may experience loneliness, isolation, grief, or sadness.
Thus, we are making this space for everyone who is free to jump on and connect with others.
Meet new people; Share new experiences; Continue to build and develop connections amongst yourselves. This is peer support in action.
Remember, we have our lovely Community Guides who may pop in from time to time: @Zoe7 @Eve7 @Shaz51 @Snowie
During the public holidays, if you feel you need to speak to someone urgently, please reach out to:

So let's get cracking!
This might be a good start.
1) What is one goal you'd like to accomplish in the next few days? It doesn't matter how big or small this goal is. Even if it's just getting out of bed, or chatting to one new person!
2) What is one self-care activity you can focus on during this Easter break?
3) What is one recovery-orientated quote you'd like to remind yourself over the next few days?

Hi everyone
1) my goal is to enjoy the next few days and catch up with people without getting distracted because I need to go somewhere or that I’ve got a deadline. I’m absolutely free all day for the next few days.
2) My self care is to eat well and relax
3) quote? I’m not sure yet. When I think of one, I’ll come back to post it
Hope you all have a good day.

I’d like to try and finish my book, work on my lab report and some lecture content.
2) What is one self-care activity you can focus on during this Easter break?
I have the football tonight so that will be fun. I’ve got the book to read, music to listen to and some tv shows to watch. I might go to the pool tomorrow.
3) What is one recovery-orientated quote you'd like to remind yourself over the next few days?
‘The struggle you’re in today is developing the strength you need tomorrow’.

1. I’m on a bit of a cleaning/tidying/sorting blitz at the moment. So have a couple of areas I wanna focus on. I also have some plants that I need to repot. Oh and of course Lego and art.
2. I’ll do my usual nail refresh.
3. hmmmm not sure on that one yet
