Re: rough time

would anyone be around atm?

Re: rough time

Hi hun, how are you @outlander?

Re: rough time

hi sis @Sans911
im struggling abit today
How are you going?

Re: rough time

I'm doing OK lil Sis @outlander.

I went to a mh forum this morning, and the facilitator was a woman I knew. I was talking to her about my upcoming surgery and she had been through the same thing herself. It was really great to talk to her.

Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit today.

I'm just at home today doing a little exam study.

Re: rough time

its good to hear your ok and im glad that you had someone offline to talk to who understands more about what your going through @Sans911
When is your exam? did you get your assignment finished?

Yeah, its abit of a tricky time few things being a bother. my brains not letting things go the past few days. its just collecting everything and making things probably bigger then they possibly are

Re: rough time

My exam is in about 10days and after watching the video on exam preparation I don't feel like I'm prepared for at all, and there's not nearly enough time to study for what is required.

My assignment was due this Monday just gone, and it was my second extension. So it's too late now, but nothing I can do about it at all.

Regarding how you feel-have you used your worry book lately? Would it help?

@outlander

Re: rough time

oh dear sounds like another big thing to study for. can you break it down into section that you really need to study to the things your more ok with that way you focus on what you struggle with more?

i have used my worry box and journalling as well. hasnt really been helping though but i guess its better then letting it bubble away. @Sans911

Re: rough time

Is it worth still handing in @Sans911 ? Sometimes they will just take some percentage off, but you get credit and may finish the unit, rather than throwing away other work.

Just got home from new gp.  She was good.  SO a few things are giving me hope. I just have to regulate my feelings and sleep .... sigh ... not easy Woman Embarassed

Cat Happy

My cat sat through my ndis planning meeting. Very deliberately walked in and sat on the side. He did not intrude, must have known it was important. It was reassuring having him there and my eyes would rest on him every now and then for a few moments.  It was like he was protecting me and checking them out ....reading into it  ... but ...
