@Dimity I'm shocked at how pushy your transport service was! Ringing your specialist! And wanting to take you somewhere else! 😯
I'm sorry that that turned out to be such a negative experience 😥
I'm going in to work today (yes, I know! Possibly foolish) as we lost power yesterday and I'm behind in my paperwork. Just for 2 or 3 hours. Then grocery shopping and library. I seemed to cope with the extra day last week, so I'm hoping I will cope again.
I am thinking of you in your bad place and sending wishes you feel a bit stronger very soon 🤞

3 days 2 weeks running is a lot @NatureLover . Hoping your library trip is rewarding, also groceries.
I had a tradie this morning who did an excellent job that came in substantially under quote as he was so quick.
I'll try to get through some chores and tidying, and hope it makes some sort of difference.

Hi @Dimity , am pleased to hear you had good news with the tradie this morning. 🙂
I felt fine at work this morning, did 2 hours but now am very tired and lying down. Still need to get bins in but it can wait.
Good luck with your chores and tidying.

@NatureLover I'm not getting anywhere. Are you? The clutter and undone chores (I haven't been able to do housework on medical advice) are upsetting.

I guess I AM doing some chores eg laundry and dishes.
But I'd like to tidy and freshen the place and it's not happening and I don't know why not. I guess I'm not in the right headspace.
I hope you're doing OK but it sounds as though you're prioritising your voluntary work at present

Hi @Dimity , I'm not getting anywhere with chores at home either, other than keeping up with the laundry.
I did an extra 3 hours at work yesterday, but no more extra work now for a while!!
Well done for sorting your papers yesterday. Is the quote for removing some tall stuff in the garden reasonable?
I'm a bit all over the place this morning so I'll go and check on your Winter Solstice thread.

@NatureLover the quote was OK but he wants to bring in a digger which would drive over the top of everything in my narrow garden space.
Hope you can catch up at home after all your hours of extra work.
I'm not really coping. I'm muddling my meds and med timings and too tired to catch up with everything.
Good luck for your work tomorrow.

@Dimity That's a shame - does that mean you can't get the garden plants removed? Or will you get a second opinion /quote that might not require a digger?
Sorry you're not coping 😥🫂 Hope today is better.
I'm not going to work today as there's sick people at work and I can't risk it. At least I managed to finally catch up at work on Tuesday. I will get behind again by missing work today, but I would get even more behind by getting sick.

I've got a second quote @NatureLover but I'm not confident it would work well either.
I hope you enjoyed your day off.
I'm not really ready for the home help tomorrow.

That's a shame about your second quote @Dimity .
I floated around not achieving anything yesterday 😣 Felt lost without work. Today I have lunch with a friend plus errands.
I hope the home help goes better than you expect, and you're not too stressed about not feeling ready 🤞
