Rejection Sensory Dysphoria

The only good thing about RSD is that the more I listen and read the more I realise I'm not the only one that feels like my soul is being sucked out everytime I'm rejected. Far out I thought I was the emotional disaster, turns out I'm not. One week till I get my asd assessment back and I cannot wait to find out some understanding my whole life for the whole time.

I did also just read a women's grief from after finding out and the process too. That is something I am actually ok with can't be worse than any other surely haha famous last words.

anyway rsd right sucks. I feel like I go from 0-100 in a second and I hate it.

Hi @Judymay I'm glad to hear that even though experiencing it sucks, you're feeling less alone in going through RSD the more you learn about it.

Getting your ASD assessment back soon is a pretty huge step. How long has the process been for you?

Re: Rejection Sensory Dysphoria

Thank you for sharing @Judymay ,

It's really good to hear you are always active about ways to self-advocate and help yourself. I hear how daunting it can be.

I look forward to hearing how it all goes for you!

Did you get up to much today?
