Quiet borderline

I recently read an article online that claimed that the term 'quiet borderline' is synomynous with the diagnosis known as high-functioning bpd. Is it possible that this the case in Australia? I only ask this because this term is commonly referred to in DBT. Smiley Happy

Re: Quiet borderline

All the DSM classifications can be open to qualification. @asdfge Which is why it is good that there i8s also the ICD.  I discovered a lot of manouvering when doing a thesis that had me comparing then DSM in process.

It is good you are doing DBT.

I have only had brief looks into it and it seems solid, but I was also hurt very badly this January, by a lady diagnosed with BPD who was supported in DBT, which she used to give me some shocking kicks in the gut, rather than face her adult responsibilities. I do not go for private health much, as it seems an unfair system, and nbot available to all. Well only a few snippets of private, as much as I can genuinely afford.  The rest I make up in public system and by my own research.
