Re: Trying makes it worse

Hi everyone

Thank u for writing and giving so much support, love and wisdom, I see you and your care.

I haven't been the best and have had a wonky time but I'm here still, and i agree it's OK to soeak however and whatever about si. It's fine to say u don't know how to talk about it.

Anything is ok. We just want to be heard.

My dr got so preoccupied on frequent hospitalisations and seemed to think that it would be a major problem and maybe already was if I felt safe in hospital and not in the community.

I honestly and truly don't feel that is my experience. I recently had a good experience in hospital but its rarely so. Sometimes I don't like it at all.

There is a female Dr I also sometimes get access to in the public aystem and I find her really compassionate, as well.

She asks me if there's any way we can communicate better, anything she may have missed.

Without being too set about it, I do sometimes find female psychiatrists a bit gentler.

 Thank u for hearing me

Just know I read and appreciate all

Re: Trying makes it worse

Thanks @TAB

Re: Trying makes it worse

Blessings to you @EternalFlower thankyou for hearing & seeing me. You are powerful 🌸

I'm gonna check in with U over the weekend. Write whatever you feel!! I'm so sleep deprived rn.

Call the crisis numbers if you get too wonky ok.

Re: Trying makes it worse

@EternalFlower

Hoping the wonky parts of life sort themselves out soon.

I could feel your appreciation.

Not totally sure how it works, but being there, walking with, growing community...are mutual processes.  We all add to the mix.

I am exhausted right now,

I like @maddison idea.  I will check in on you thru weekend too.

Oh My Goodness was that Goodedness about you ... ha ha ... @TAB ... Glad you had a few wins re doctor and being heard.  Not always a given.

Re: Trying makes it worse

Was worried re Dr @Appleblossom  yes I

pinch extra syllable concept from late mother who used to say 'buth uthday' for bday jokingly also renunculous for ridiculous can't think of anymore atm night

Re: Trying makes it worse

Oh I like renunculus @TAB I usually go the other way & shorten everything. As in right now, I'm being re-dic! night.

Re: Trying makes it worse

Wateva works @maddison  lol 😎

Re: Trying makes it worse

ha ha @maddison

Yep @TAB

with the emphasis on understanding the meaning/feeling communicated.

I guess I can get long winded cos of fear of being misunderstood and then overly precise, and then trying to cut back to counteract that and get too choppy, even abrupt.

Sometimes its great when someone immediately "get it", but sometimes its great when someone is willing to come on the journey from a point of not knowing ... as in when I had my 3 way convos ... in Italy with my Spanish speaking traveller friend ... and my poco un poco Italiano ... and lots of hand gestures made for real communication and fun in getting through whatever we needed to say.  Often people align on one or a few points, but diverge on many others.  Holding space for diversity can be important too.

Hey @EternalFlower how are you today?

I have decided it is an at home day.  I might go shopping tmrw after church.

Nah hah ...best laid plans ... got an invite to go to a wreckers yard, with a lovely lady ... ah hah ... lil ole laydees on the rampage ... watch out guyz ....
