Acceptance is hard work

Re: Acceptance is hard work

Yes, that can be so tiring... what does your body need most right now? (It's okay to step away and just take care of you.) @MissinTooth

That's so fine! You will journal when the time is right. Maybe for now, less is more? 💛

Re: Acceptance is hard work

@AuntGlow I need to sleep. I need to reset and rest. I hurt, and I'm exhausted.

You finish soon. I hope you have a good rest of your night.

Re: Acceptance is hard work

Then sleep it is. 💛 I will be here tomorrow, okay? Sending big hugs your way. @MissinTooth

Re: Acceptance is hard work

@AuntGlow big hugs back.

Can you check in tomorrow, please?

Re: Acceptance is hard work

Awww, thank you. 🥺❤️ @MissinTooth

And of course!

Re: Acceptance is hard work

How are things feeling for you today after some rest @MissinTooth? 💛

Re: Acceptance is hard work

Hi @AuntGlow...

Thank you for checking in.

I um...need to work on building a stronger, more meaningful safety plan.

Re: Acceptance is hard work

Okay, shall we workshop this together? And are you feeling safe right now? @MissinTooth 💛

Re: Acceptance is hard work

Right now, yes. I haven't been feeling safe at times today...

I don't want to admit that either...it's hard for me to reach out and say...hey, look things aren't good. I just...shame, fear not knowing how to...

Can we workshop it? @AuntGlow

Re: Acceptance is hard work

I appreciate your honesty; you're doing amazing work already. @MissinTooth 💛

Would you feel comfortable sharing what your safety plan looks like already? And did you follow the plan outline via Beyond Now?
