yes, my energy has improved a little. i had a good weekend, did some gardening. i enjoyed myself.

how are you my dear friend? how are things, gosh christmas is comming up so so fast.

hugs back, things are going ok with my partner, im still having bad anxiety especially of a night, i just can't sleep im so scared of my mind. but im managing it, i've lost a lot of weight, which i am really happy about, i really need to get back into walking if i can find the energy. 

i hope things are going good with you, thank you so much for thinking of me. it means so much.
