Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

@rav3n I’m so drained now. Maybe I need food, my mood is dropping

Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

food definitely plays a part in impacting my mood too, hope you were able to have some last night @creative_writer how's your Friday going?

Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

@rav3n I’m drained as usual. I wish I wasn’t so exhausted all the time. I’m doing what I can do to take care of myself, I guess that’s all we can do. How are you?

Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

you're doing your best to take care of you, and means a lot - i'm sorry that its been exhausting, i really hope this weekend is brighter for you 💗 @creative_writer

i'm good, my dad made me a strong coffee this morning which helped fight the tiredness. he's never made me coffee before so it was really surprising for me.

Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

@rav3n I am contemplating whether to see a nutritionist, I’m not entirely sure yet. I am thinking, chronic fatigue is hard. I’ve had appointments today, kind of exhausted from that.

Coffee sounds nice, I love my morning coffee. I don’t even put much coffee in it because my stomach can’t take it. I’ve had my two cups of matcha today. Healing from sinus infection takes time. I think I’m not entirely sure, but I feel like my yeast infection is back too

Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

I know I’m making progress, my pdoc yesterday thought so too, but I’m so damn exhausted of the daily flashbacks. Maybe I’m able to sit with them better, but they still remain day in and out

Does the pain have to demand to be felt?

Re: Rumination and unhelpful coping strategies. TW: Addictive tendencies

Anyone around?
