Depression

Re: Depression

@Louie333 glad you're coming out of it..was it you first experience of that. It doesn't feel like I have another side to get to.

Re: Depression

@Glisten also sounds like you've come far.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Re: Depression

Does anyone know did there use to be a support chat thing here or am I imagining that

Re: Depression

@destructive Are you carrying the full load of raising small children all by yourself?

Re: Depression

@Glisten yes, I'm on my own

We were meant to go out meet some people this weekend but we just stayed home. I don't have the energy but I also I'm not a nice parent being like this and being stuck at home. I get snappy then I feel even more awful. I'm definitely nicer and they're better when we go out but I just cant

Re: Depression

@destructive I raised 3 on my own.

I gave birth to 3 children within 3 years.

We all have ADHD. As soon as I was diagnosed and medicated, at least the ADHD meltdowns stopped.
Parental burnout is a real thing.

You can’t do it totally on your own.

I would never have survived without 1 or 2 female friends.

Now I can’t do it without medication.

Forgot my meds for two days. That was bad. Really very bad.
