im waiting for season 13 to come out but ive watched ever episode right up to season 13 @Former-Member
im wondering if you got my tag into the love hearts thread?
i havent watched dexter or any of the others you meantioned just yet as its hard to even get to watch tv at all so i have to buy them on dvd.
2 broke grils is funny as well i reccomend that im up to season 5 of that now

umm im not sure if its on netflix but i think it would be. you gotta start from season 1 though otherwise its hard to kepe up but after you watch the first season its easy to keep up 🙂

Hi @Former-Member, just remember that it's natural to be scared on the first appointment. I get nervous with a new psychiatrist, even though I've seen them before. Maybe just let yourself feel the fear passing through you, without being scared of being scared, if that makes any sense. It will most likely get easier for you over time. If it works well with you and your psychiatrist, there will be so much that is valuable you might even start to look forward to going. I look forward to seeing my psychiatrist now, even though I was similarly nervous when I first met him. I find his presence in my life reassuring and very helpful. Sending very best wishes it goes the same or better for you!
