@Sparky79   just chillen and trying to sort out my eldest and youngest. i need some advice.... youngest wants eldest out now whilst eldest isnt ready .... i dont know what to do??????

@Bunniekins Hmmm, depends, who's house it is? who pays the bills? is there a valid reason for the youngest to get their way? (like a fight or bullying etc). perhaps a deadline for the eldest? say 3 to 6 months if they have the means to support themselves of course.

@Bunniekins I couldn't wait to get out of my parents place, I bought my first house when I was 21, moved out when I was 22, admittedly the first house cost 100k, 1999 prices!

@Sparky79   okay in all seriousness eldest doesnt pay for utilities only some rent.  youngest pays for utilities and real rent.  she also helps me out with my health on a daily basis whereas eldest doesnt ,,,, eldest keeps kitchen clean but youngest takes bins up.... eldest is looking to move out with gf but is biding his time ....

@Bunniekins well sounds like your eldest may need a nudge, honestly the biggest reason for me to move out with the mrs was the privacy and uninterrupted jiggy time. not that you could say that sort of thing to your eldest. oh my cruel mind... you could make it awkward if he gets up to those shenanigans in your house though.
