I am coming down with something, my head has been aching since yesterday afternoon. I am sensitive to sound & light, so it may be a migraine?
Hope I'm not catching a Virus?
I am going to try & sleep it off today if I can, if not I will see GP tomorrow if he is not booked out?

sounds like a migraine @Former-Member take some releif, make the room dark and try and sleep it off abit. and limit screens including tvs

so home now resting , sooo much rain and they say we might get a cyclone too

Hi @Shaz51. It ca be difficult taking probiotics with antibiotics as the antibiotics eliminate off all the good and bad bacteria. Best to start after you have finished the ab.s or there is one probiotic called SB floractive which is not affected by the antibiotics. xx F

I phoned the Chemist, I was sent down some Antihistamines, maybe got an infection in my Sinus, as my glands in my throat are swollen too.  This must have been building up with out me realizing.

Its 2:57am Saturday 10/03/2018.

I missed my Doctors appointment, as the Antihistamines put me to sleep for 1 whole day!!!!

I must have been so worn out, it was a bad Migraine. I just woke up properly about 30 minutes ago. All is a bit blank for me, but I will see GP monday afternoon. As I made a second appointment, while half asleep sometime yesterday before the Chemist arrived with the Antihestamines.

This monitor light is hurting my eyes I better go, for now!

your really mustve needed that sleep @Former-Member hopefully your feeling abit better today. good youve made an appt to see gp on monday. i see mine then too and get all my test results back yet again.
