The Friday feast looks amazing! I’m not too sure what’s on the menu tonight, but the photographs of the soft cheeses and the crackers look delicious!

A two week road trip sounds like quite an adventure! Will you be travelling anywhere is particular or just going where the open road takes you?

Hi @Shaz51 and everyone here. Sorry I'm late to the party, everyone seems to be having a great time. Tried a new vegan recipe tonight - Japanese - seasoned eggplant and other veg on rice. Delish. Will definitely cook it again.
