The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

and sometimes I spread myself a little thin. @Sans911 There is no one way to do it and you were very clear about your boundaries .... which is not my strong point... lol ... weary sigh ... Take care ALL the Beautiful People here and the old and wizened and occasional grumblebums.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Thank you @Sans911 for responding. I feel honoured that you did. I concur with @Appleblossom about you being a great CG.

I guess you’ve taught me more by our exchange of posts. One of the things I learned is that my vulnerability on the forum is not when someone doesn’t respond but when I feel like I have made things worse. This was why I edited my post. I’m sure others will agree that it’s an awful feeling on the forum when we feel like we’ve made it worse. I’m so thankful for your response to relieve me of those feelings.

Today I feel like a hypocrite because in the last 36 hours I dove back into the murky depths of crisis. In that darkness it is so hard to see out or what others tell us. I totally understand what those feelings of overwhelm feel like. In those moments it’s so hard to save ourselves from ourselves.

Please don’t feel the need to follow my stuff because I put my nose into yours. For me personally when I connect and jump in on a thread like did to yours it’s because I connected with it, I honestly don’t expect anything back....especially someone feeling like they need to respond or follow me.

If ive learned anything over the last few days, it’s that we can never know what comes next or what someone is going through.

I really appreciated your response sans .....and yes I did choose purple for you. Take good care of you @Sans911. 💜🤗

PS I chose to post here because I saw your emotions as part of the challenges of mental health wellbeing not as something that defines you.
