Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

Thank you so much @Faith-and-Hope  and @Former-Member  for the support - love the flowers 🌷 good news I can manage stairs much better this morning with less pain - however I really didn’t sleep until 2am and now woken up in pain and feel like crying from sick pain ... I called in sick for work and will totally rest today - I can’t face work or any pressure today - my body needs to recover

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

How are you going @Sophie1 ?

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

Hi @Former-Member

i went into office today - MsS drove me to office early and I’m on train on way home now - hip was agony walking up hill to train station after work - 10 minute walk exhausted me .. hip joint / groin pain 7/10 ... 🥴... however outer hip and glute that had injections on Tuesday had hardly any pain so that’s great 😁 ... I have my leg up on train seats to ease hip pain .. that’s me ... hope this pain goes away

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

Great you are noticing the difference post injections @Sophie1 .  Hope you can get a good result with the next lot  that is scheduled, sounds as though it can't come soon enough.   How is Ms S faring -  any relief?

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

@Former-Member  MsS has a few good days after her injections then migraine came back behind eye again - she will see specialist again to understand this result mid June - fingers crossed for some next steps - new psychiatrist first appointment in early June so very hopeful there too ... I’d have to say tho that MsS seems very functional of late in terms of driving , keeping appointments and helping me out with my bung hip doing extra trips upstairs downstairs in our house for me - anyway I’m exhausted so better zzzz

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

Bless Ms S, she quite likely feels she is returning the TLC you have given her.

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

How has your week been @Sophie1

Re: Sharing my life with Ms Sophie (Bipolar II)

Hi @Former-Member  I am interstate visiting my older brother , his wife and my niece who is turning 5 !

I am very happy and enjoying their company - even though they bicker a lot - but it’s just their way -

my hip is still sore but managing with meds

MsS saw her new psych last week and it was a success - they clicked really well and the psych even asked for me to attend next appointment for a one hour session so we can talk together !!! I am so impressed and hopeful 🙂

at last things are going our way

MsS is home alone this long weekend so that is a good year of her mental emotional health - fingers crossed !!!!

How r u ?
