2022

This year will be different to last

 

I have some plans in the making and a lot will happen and change.

 

I nearly had a panic attack tonight but avoided it entirely by thinking through what needed to be done in the immediate future. So I did exactly what I knew I needed to. And left it there.

 

I also fixed my mattress for a temp fix before I get the new one. 

 

There's always so much on my mind. So much I want and need. 

 

But I know the strides I made last year will push me forward. 

 

Just need to set a routine and be stringent. But also not hard on myself.

 

Its hard for me socially atm so I take what I can. 

 

Dating - I have no idea and to be honest I'm okay with that. I have some apps but I will ween myself away from it. I'm open minded enough. Thatll do for now.

 

Now it's bed time.

@MDT  Good on you Hams. Being kind to yourself is a biggie. Not stressing about dating is another. We all love our Hams. pea😀🤗

Realised the following:

1) I need to improve my social life before I worry about dating life

2) I need to spend time looking at both the rental market (to simply get and idea of what I'd be willing to live in and where and what cost) and also the job market (for the ideal role for me).

3) I need to read more generally and for interest as an escape. I can't do TV shows and trash reality TV. I can do video games bit I need to space that out as it becomes all consuming and so much time gets wasted

4) I need to do the Personality course I bought. I believe I will learn a lot from it.

5) I need to set aside some money for cryoptocurrency and be willing to let it go. Savings accounts are doing nothing. Same with shares.

6) be afraid of things worth fearing like my own weaknesses, vulnerability and such. Where I can stumble and where I can faulter

I am feeling really quite sad and depressed atm

just get rid of number # 6 @MDT  and start on house deposit cannot get money out of crypto .. the rest all reasonable points 😎

@MDT these are all worthwhile goals with healthy wellbeing in mind.  I think you will enjoy your personality course but you must stick with it.  I studied psychology informally and what it does is make you aware of your biases and blindspots. People whom you didn't understand will make more sense to you.  New tracts of experience will open themselves up to you. As for your depression I am very sorry you are sick huni.  Sending warm hugs your way and hoping this monster leaves you soon! You will see sunshine again. Is there anything us folks can do to make it better other than being heard?
