Hey @Amity77 ,
Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear how stressful and unsupportive work has been.
Have you raised this with anyone?
Your mental health comes first.
We are here for you.
What do you like doing to help you unwind at the end of the day?

I have been speaking about the issues but my workplaces don’t listen or understand the seriousness of it and I get worse

I'm sorry to hear they have not been responsive to you or your request @Amity77
I'm not sure whether Worksafe Australia is someone you can potentially report this to?
At the same time, would you consider looking for another job? I know that's easier said than done as it's not always possible.

1) 7
2) I struggled with my child's demands, big feelings as she is processing life events still and it's hard to ride the waves. I did well with breathing and taking things slowly - slowing the overwhelm.
3) I took a few minutes outside after the children went to bed to decompress a bit.

Welcome to the forums @jkrsdj 🙂
Great to have you with us. Thank you for sharing how things are going for you.
That's kids I guess. Big feelings. And we just gotta be there for them.
It great to hear you are able to sit with your child through these big feels. I hear it's not easy.
Do you have supports in place for yourself?

That's great to hear that you have some supports in place @jkrsdj .
We're a pretty great bunch here so if you ever need a chat, feel free to tag some members on e.g. @tyme . You just need to type "@" in front of their username.
Sometimes, just knowing someone is listening, reading on and caring, can go a long way. It's not easy having children, facing parenthood, and the challenges that arise.
We need each other to keep going.
And sharing real stories with real people from across Australia can be so helpful.
We are so glad to have you with us.
